Effective Date: January 11, 2024
This Privacy Policy describes how Mailria collects, uses, stores, processes, and discloses information in connection with your access to and use of the Mailria service.
By accessing, purchasing, or using Mailria, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
Mailria is not a traditional email provider. Privacy expectations must align with the limited, temporary, and disposable nature of the service.
Mailria is a lightweight and temporary email platform designed for non-critical use cases such as game account verification, anonymous sign-ups, and short-term workflows.
Mailria is not designed to provide high-level privacy, confidentiality, or data protection guarantees comparable to mainstream email providers. Users explicitly acknowledge and accept reduced privacy expectations when using the service.
Mailria may collect and process the following categories of information:
Email metadata, including IP addresses, email headers, timestamps, sender and recipient identifiers
Account activity data, such as login times, email counts, access logs, and usage patterns
Basic account identifiers, including email address, hashed password, and vendor or reseller identifiers (if applicable)
Support communications, if you contact Mailria through official support channels
Mailria does not intentionally collect real names, residential addresses, phone numbers, government identifiers, or payment card details.
Collected information is used strictly to:
Operate, maintain, and secure the Mailria platform
Detect, prevent, and investigate abuse, spam, fraud, or misuse
Monitor system performance and service stability
Respond to support requests and technical issues
Comply with legal, regulatory, or law enforcement obligations when required
Mailria does not use personal data for advertising, marketing, behavioral tracking, or profiling.
Email content is stored temporarily and automatically deleted after 30 days
Mailria does not maintain backups of email content
Once deleted, emails cannot be recovered under any circumstances
Email content and metadata may be processed or stored on third-party infrastructure necessary to deliver the service.
Mailria administrators may access inboxes, email content, or metadata only when reasonably necessary, including for:
Security audits
Abuse or fraud investigations
System maintenance
Compliance with lawful requests
Administrative access is limited, logged where applicable, and never performed for advertising or commercial exploitation.
Mailria relies on third-party providers for hosting, email routing, storage, and security services.
As a result:
Data may be processed or stored in multiple jurisdictions
Data handling may be subject to third-party policies and regulations
Mailria is not responsible for data breaches, outages, or failures occurring at the third-party infrastructure level
Use of Mailria constitutes acceptance of these risks.
Mailria does not sell, rent, or trade user data.
Information may be disclosed to:
Authorized vendors or resellers, where applicable to account issuance or support
Law enforcement or government authorities, if legally required or reasonably necessary to investigate suspected illegal activity
Third-party service providers, strictly for service operation and security purposes
All disclosures are limited to what is reasonably necessary.
Mailria retains data only for limited periods:
Email content: Automatically deleted after 30 days
Account activity logs and metadata: Retained for up to 90 days
Support communications: Retained only as long as necessary to resolve the issue
Mailria may retain data longer if required by law or for ongoing investigations.
Mailria implements basic and reasonable security controls, including:
Password hashing
Rate limiting and abuse detection
IP blocking and automated security rules
However, Mailria is not a high-security or encrypted communication service, and users must not store sensitive, confidential, or high-risk information.
Users are solely responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
Using Mailria only for lawful, appropriate, and non-critical purposes
Understanding and accepting the temporary and disposable nature of the service
Users are encouraged to update passwords periodically and avoid linking Mailria emails to important accounts.
Use of Mailria is entirely at the user’s own risk.
Due to the disposable nature of the service:
Mailria does not support data export requests
Mailria does not process manual data deletion, access, or portability requests
Automated deletion policies apply uniformly to all users
By using Mailria, users waive expectations of data subject rights commonly associated with long-term email providers.
Some Mailria email accounts may be shared, reused, or issued on a non-exclusive basis through vendors.
Mailria does not guarantee exclusive control, permanent ownership, or long-term availability of any email address.
Mailria reserves the right to monitor, investigate, and disclose data related to suspected violations of law, Terms of Service, or security threats.
Disclosure may occur without prior notice where legally permitted.
While Mailria takes reasonable steps to minimize data exposure, no system is fully secure.
Mailria makes no guarantees regarding absolute privacy, confidentiality, or protection against unauthorized access.
Use of the service is at your own risk.
Mailria may update this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice.
Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of Mailria constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Mailria Terms of Service.
In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
